By installing or using 7K PackList you agree to these terms.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use 7K PackList on devices you own or control. You may not redistribute, resell, decompile, or reverse engineer the app.

Free trial and purchase

7K PackList is free to download and includes a 7-day free trial of every feature. To keep using it after the trial, you make a single one-time purchase inside the app. There is no subscription. Purchases, refunds, and family sharing are handled by Apple under Apple's terms, and refund requests go to Apple rather than to us.

Your content

Your lists, photos, and labels remain yours. We claim no rights over them.

Bag labels

You decide what each label shows and where you put it. Always current labels depend on our label service and work only while it is available and the label has not expired or been revoked. Fixed-list labels do not depend on it. You agree not to use labels to store or share unlawful content, and we may remove stored labels to protect the service.

Accuracy

The app helps you keep track of what you pack. It does not guarantee that a bag is complete, and weights you enter are your own estimates. Check your carrier's baggage rules yourself. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or refused baggage.

Backups

You are responsible for keeping backups of your lists. We cannot recover content lost through device failure, deletion, or changes to your iCloud account.

Availability and changes

We may update, change, or discontinue the app, the label service, or any feature within them.

Disclaimer and liability

The app and the label service are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seven Kilo Enterprises LLC is not liable for loss of data or any consequential damages arising from their use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
